NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced during the GTC conference that he has reached a cooperation with Uber to expand the global L4 autonomous driving travel network. This cooperation will be based on NVIDIA's autonomous driving platform NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Hyperion 10, NVIDIA DRIVE AV software specifically designed for L4 autonomous driving, and the NVIDIA Cosmos world basic model development platform to accelerate the expansion of Uber's autonomous driving ecosystem.

Nvidia will support Uber to gradually expand its global self-driving taxi and delivery fleet starting in 2027, with a target scale of 100,000 vehicles.
NVIDIA and Uber are also collaborating to develop a data factory accelerated by the NVIDIA Cosmos world base model development platform to organize and process the data needed for autonomous vehicle development.
