Cambrian announced yesterday evening that the company had recently received a complaint from the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing. Liang Jun, Cambrian's former deputy general manager and chief technology officer (CTO), sued the company on the grounds of labor disputes, with a claim amount of 4.287 billion yuan. The case has been filed and accepted, but has not yet been heard in court.


The announcement shows that the plaintiff Liang Jun’s complaint mainly requires the defendant to compensate for equity incentive losses of 4286624448 yuan (the plaintiff indirectly holds 11523184 shares of Cambrian stock, and the unit price is determined based on the highest price of Cambrian stock of 372 yuan from January 2, 2024 to the time of the lawsuit (October 10, 2024)).

Regarding the impact of this announcement, Cambrian responded to Sina Technology by saying: "This case has no impact on the company's daily R&D and operations, and it will fully respond to the inappropriate demands of the departing executives against the company."
