We can stack Agents by stacking blocks to become an effective organizational structure that can execute efficiently."
In his view, the competitiveness of future enterprises will come from a large amount of valuable data in a closed loop, and there will be an AI super employee Agent in the middle, which will then continue to iterate and make progress.
Kaifu Lee pointed out in his sharing, "Today, the organizational structure of an enterprise is basically based on people as units. Slowly, some of these people as units may be partially or completely replaced by AI agents. Eventually, most of the organizational structure of a company will be agents, and there will be fewer and fewer people. They may be doing a more difficult and arranged task."
He thinks,"In the future, there will be one-person unicorn companies. Such companies will use Agents to build a valuable company, or even a unicorn, because Agents will not get tired and can work 24 hours a day, 7 days a day. Agents have no temper and will not quarrel, and they can be copied."
