Elon Musk talks about the coming era in which various devices will serve as edge nodes for AI interfaces, making traditional operating systems, applications, and communication services completely obsolete.
Elon Musk said that in the next 5-6 years, there will no longer be traditional mobile phones, apps or operating systems, and most of the content people consume will be generated by artificial intelligence.
He said in the podcast: "There will no longer be a traditional operating system, mobile phone or application - just a device and voice interaction, and most of the content that people consume will be generated by AI." When asked when this future will arrive, Musk replied: "Such an AI-dominated era will arrive in just 5 to 6 years."
According to him, this transformation will not be limited to one app or email platform, but people will get everything they need through artificial intelligence.
Musk further emphasized that bandwidth limitations will prompt people to interact more with smart systems instead of relying on smartphones.
"Human beings are moving from screens to seamless interfaces, from applications to intelligent AI. Therefore, the smartphone era defined the past decade, and AI interfaces will define the next decade."
