Meituan said that in real-time delivery scenarios, riders often face sudden and differentiated moments of grievance, ranging from unwarranted accusations to malicious difficulties and even triggering many conflicts. These difficult-to-monitor problems not only affect the professional image of riders, but are also detrimental to the long-term and healthy development of the delivery ecology and industry.
