News on December 12,Country Garden announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tonight that Yang Huiyan’s annual salary has been reduced to 120,000 yuan.The announcement stated that based on the actual operating needs of the industry and the company, the company’s executive directors Yang Huiyan, Mo Bin, Yang Ziying and non-executive director Chen Chong took the initiative to request a salary reduction, and signed a supplementary director service agreement and a supplementary appointment letter with the company on November 1, 2023.

The annual salary of the four people has been reduced to 120,000 yuan. Before the salary reduction, Yang Huiyan's annual salary was 370,000 yuan.

It is understood thatYang Huiyan has topped the Hurun Women Entrepreneurs List as the richest woman ten times. She was also the richest woman last year. This year, her wealth shrank by 27 billion, ranking fifth at 48 billion.

In the first half of this year, Country Garden achieved total revenue of approximately 230 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39%; the loss attributable to the company’s shareholders was approximately 49 billion yuan.
