In the afternoon today, Wingtech Technology bucked the trend and rose linearly in late trading. The stock price rose 9.7% and approached the daily limit. It finally closed at 45 yuan/share, with the total market value reaching 56.009 billion. It is worth mentioning that in the last 5 minutes, the trading volume of Wingtech Technology’s stock price exceeded 1.2 billion yuan. In terms of news, according to media reports, the Dutch government issued a statement on November 7. The country’s Minister of Economic Affairs Karemans welcomed China’s statement to facilitate the resumption of supply to Anshi’s Chinese factories.
He pointed out,"Given that our talks with China have been constructive, we believe that the chips supplied by China to Europe and other parts of the world will be delivered to Nexperia customers in the next few days."
Karemans also said that the Netherlands will continue to maintain close communication with China and coordinate closely with the European Commission and international partners on this matter.
It is worth mentioning that at the Ministry of Commerce’s regular press conference the day before (the 6th), the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce stated that China had previously responded to relevant reporters’ comments on Nexperia-related issues.
I once again emphasize that the Netherlands’ improper interference in Nexperia’s internal affairs has caused turmoil and chaos in the global semiconductor industry and supply chain; the Dutch government has ignored China’s reasonable demands made many times during consultations, failed to show a constructive attitude and action, and escalated the global supply chain crisis.
The Dutch side should bear full responsibility for this. In line with its responsible attitude towards the stability and security of the global semiconductor industry supply chain, China has promptly approved the relevant export license applications of Chinese exporters and exempted qualified exports in an effort to promote the resumption of supply by Nexperia (China).
