According to "some confirmed details" recently released by well-known digital tipster Evan Blass on the X platform, Samsung's upcoming tri-fold phone is officially named "Galaxy Z TriFold". Blass revealed that the device will be equipped with a 6.5-inch external screen with a maximum brightness of up to 2,600 nits. After unfolding, the inner screen can reach 10 inches and has a brightness of up to 1,600 nits. The screen quality is very eye-catching.

In terms of cameras, Galaxy Z TriFold is expected to be equipped with a 200-megapixel main camera, a battery capacity of 5437mAh, and a Snapdragon flagship processor (Snapdragon SoC). According to reports, the thickness of the three panels of the phone are 3.9 mm, 4.0 mm and 4.2 mm respectively, making the folded body the thinnest at only 12.1 mm, which is even thinner than the 12.8 mm tri-folding phone previously launched by Huawei.

However, as for the rumored parameters and naming, Samsung has not officially released relevant information. There have been many rumors about the release date of this new three-fold phone, but none of them have materialized as scheduled. The latest news shows that Samsung is very likely to be the first to release this three-fold mobile phone in South Korea on December 5, and the price may be around US$3,000.
