Within the validity period of the ticket, the change fee will be waived for the first change, but the fare difference for the sub-class and the fare difference for low and peak seasons will be charged. Any subsequent changes must be made according to the conditions of use of the ticket. Within the validity period of the ticket, refunds for unused flight segments can be processed without refund fees.
China Southern Airlines stated that the tickets starting with China Southern Airlines 784 were purchased or exchanged before 12:00 on November 15, 2025 (inclusive), and the unused itinerary of the tickets involves travel dates between November 15, 2025 (inclusive) and December 31, 2025 (inclusive), inbound and outbound (including stopovers) in Japan, China Southern Airlines actual operated flights or code-share flights using CZ flight numbers. If the flight is changed to a flight actually operated by China Southern Airlines of the same route for the first time, the change fee will be waived. If a fare difference occurs, it will be charged according to regulations. Any further changes must be made according to the ticket usage conditions. If you apply for a refund within the validity period of your ticket, the refund fee will be waived. If you apply for a refund for a ticket that has been changed according to the above principles, you must apply for a refund according to the conditions for use of the ticket.
China Eastern Airlines stated that international, regional or domestic flights were filled with China Eastern Airlines 781 tickets purchased or exchanged before 12:00 on November 15 this year (inclusive). The ticket contains at least one unused flight inbound, outbound or stopover in Japan (including but not limited to Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, Sapporo, Komatsu, Kagoshima, Nagasaki, Niigata, Okayama, Fukuoka, Shizuoka, Nagoya, Matsuyama, Okinawa, Toyama, Kumamoto) (including China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, etc.) Airline or other airlines), the flight departure date is between November 15, 2025 and December 31, 2025. There is no limit on the dates of other unused segments in the same ticket. If you apply for a change to a flight within 3 days (inclusive) before or after the original flight, you can change it once for free. Any further changes or changes to flights beyond the 3 days before or after the original flight (inclusive) must be handled in accordance with the ticket usage conditions. During the validity period of the ticket, you can go to the original ticket purchase channel to apply for involuntary refunds for unused flight segments, and the refund handling fee will be waived.
