On November 17, Legend Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that Li Peng would resign as executive director and chief executive officer (CEO) of the company due to his personal career choices, and would no longer serve as a member of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and Strategy Committee, effective from November 17, 2025.
At the same time, the board of directors further announced that Legend Holdings appointed Yu Hao as the new CEO and will take over from November 17, 2025.
According to the company's official website, Mr. Yu Hao joined Legend Holdings in 2021 and has served as Vice President of Legend Holdings and Managing Director of the Innovation and Development Center. He is currently CEO of Legend Holdings. He also serves as the director of Legend Holdings’ Forward Technology Research Institute.
The board of directors stated that this adjustment does not involve changes in other members of the board of directors and will ensure the continuity of strategic execution.
