Previously, Rockstar announced that the release time of "GTA6" has been postponed again, and Rockstar has set a new release window of November 19, 2026. Officials stated that the reason for the delay is to continue polishing the game to ensure that the overall quality meets expectations.
Currently, the officially confirmed platforms of "GTA6" are still PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. According to past practice, the PC version is usually launched after the console version. The industry generally expects that the PC version will still be released in the future, but there is no official information yet.
At the same time, Nintendo-related whistleblower Nash Weedle, who is famous for his hardware news, revealed that the Nintendo Switch 2 version of "GTA6" is indeed under development. He pointed out:
1. The game delay has nothing to do with the Switch2 version;
2. The Switch 2 version is not expected to be launched simultaneously with the console version.
Rockstar has not officially responded to whether it will bring "GTA6" to Switch 2. More information about platform expansion remains to be confirmed later.
