Today, Alibaba Qianwen is deeply integrated with the new Quark AI browser to become a desktop-level intelligent assistant with global capabilities, aiming to build the browser into the core carrier of Qianwen's capabilities in the next stage.According to people close to the project,The number of Quark AI browser installations on computers has reached 110 million.
As the core entry point on the computer, the browser covers almost all scenarios where users obtain information and perform tasks. The AI assistant has huge capabilities.
However, the current global AI browser track seems fierce, but there is no leader yet.
Among them, although Chrome, owned by Google, accounts for about 70% of the global browser share, its progress in promoting AI is relatively conservative and only treats AI as an "additional item."
Qianwen has directly become the "system base" of Quark AI Browser. This deep integration has upgraded Qianwen from an "auxiliary tool for browsing the web" to a "system-level task assistant."
At present, users can directly call Qianwen in the search box and sidebar of Quark's homepage, and can complete the smooth interaction of "browsing and talking, reading and summarizing, and asking and answering" without switching tabs.
What's more groundbreaking is that users can choose to make Qianwen "resident on the desktop."
Without opening the Quark AI browser, users can directly invoke the six "Qianwen Intelligent Suite" capabilities - screen reading, shortcut boxes, sidebars, floating balls, word drawing and screenshots, applying AI capabilities throughout high-frequency scenarios such as search, reading, document writing, and file processing.

Data shows that the number of downloads of Qianwen APP has exceeded 10 million within one week of its public beta.
This in-depth integration with Quark AI Browser marks that Qianwen is moving beyond the dimension of a single APP, and instead serves as the core AI engine of Alibaba’s C-side, systematically reshaping the underlying capabilities of its products.
