In terms of specific rules, for crowdsourcing knights, Taobao’s flash sale points system is more scientific and gentle, forming a more effective elastic constraint. Based on the basic design of 70 points, extra points will be awarded for smooth delivery and no violations, and additional rewards will be given for exceeding 75 points. Points will be deducted for behaviors that damage the consumer experience and affect contract performance. For overtime, a maximum of 2 points will be deducted at a time.
Based on the early implementation, this measure will be expanded to cover 60 cities on December 3, including Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xiamen, Xi'an, Shijiazhuang, Hohhot, Changchun, Shenyang, Dalian and other cities. Before the end of the year, it will cover all directly operated cities.
