The report shows that in the refund process for underage users,More than 70% of applications were responded to, and 38.42% of them received full refunds., 29.38% failed to refund due to difficulty in providing valid evidence.

The data also shows that minors’ game consumption has further declined.28.86% users’ consumption decreased, 17.07% users’ consumption increased, and 54.07% users’ consumption remained unchanged.

The preference for skin consumption among minor users is more obvious. 60.33% of users are willing to pay for skins, 31.92% are willing to pay for characters, and 20.85% are willing to pay for equipment.

The report stated that the focus of the protection of minors in the game industry has shifted from focusing on preventing addiction to diversifying development, and the protection of minors in the industry has entered a new stage.

In the future, while maintaining the downward trend of minors' gaming time and consumption willingness, the protection of minors in the gaming industry will also continue to be carried out in more areas.
