Samsung officially released a trailer,Announcing the upcoming release of Exynos 2600.It is reported that,Exynos 2600 uses Samsung's 2nm process and is the world's first 2nm mobile phone chip. It was first launched on the Galaxy S26 series. In contrast, Qualcomm and Apple will switch to the 2nm process as soon as the second half of next year.

This time, Exynos 2600 uses Samsung's new GAA process, which is called "Gate-All-Around". It is an advanced transistor manufacturing technology. Compared with the traditional FinFET process, the GAA structure can control the current more accurately, thereby improving power efficiency and device performance.
More than that,Exynos 2600 also uses a new 10-core design. The CPU includes one 3.80GHz ultra-large core, three 3.26GHz large cores, and six 2.76GHz small cores. Its single-core score exceeds 3,400 points, and its multi-core score exceeds 11,000 points.
Compared with the competing Qualcomm fifth-generation Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, the Exynos 2600's single-core performance is slightly inferior, but its multi-core performance is close to its competitors. It is the most powerful mobile phone chip in Samsung's history.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 series, which debuts the Exynos 2600, will be unveiled in February next year. This time Samsung will launch three flagship models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra.
