The Intel Battlemage architecture high-end graphics card BMG-G31, which has been rumored for a long time, has finally received official public confirmation for the first time. The name of this GPU appears in the update log of Intel's performance analysis tool VTune Profiler. The update log clearly states that the new version adds support for two core hardware:

Supports Intel Ruixuan Battlemage (BMG-G31) and Intel Core Ultra 300 series processors (Panther Lake).

Among them, Panther Lake has been officially announced as Intel's next-generation notebook series processor, and the appearance of Battlemage G31 is the first official confirmation of the existence of this large-core independent graphics card.

According to previously circulated specifications, BMG-G31 is a high-end model in the Battlemage architecture and is expected to be equipped with up to 32 Xe2 cores (an increase of about 60% compared to B580).

In terms of video memory, the card is expected to be equipped with 16GB GDDR6 video memory with a bit width of 256-bit and a complete PCIe 5.0 x16 interface. The market generally speculates that its final name may be similar to "B770".

Since BMG-G31 and Panther Lake appear in the update list at the same time, the release time of these two products will be synchronized or similar.Since Panther Lake will be released at CES 2026, it is very likely that BMG-G31 will also choose to be officially unveiled at that time.

If BMG-G31 launches a gaming version, it will almost certainly also be used in the Ruixuan Pro professional graphics card series, which is expected to bring up to 32GB of single-card video memory configurations.
