This website does not display the official name, and the ranking is slightly lower. However, there is not much difference between the two Li Gui versions of micro PE. They are both pretending to be micro PE to attract users to download.
According to our experience in using various PE toolboxes, these Li Guiwei PE tools, like other commercial PE tools, will most likely be bundled with various promotional software in the system.
