On the afternoon of December 16, according to screenshots circulated on the Internet, Yu Hong, the former senior vice president of 360 and the core founder of the three o'clock community, "attacked" Zhou Hongyi in Moments and multiple group chats. Yuhong said in the group chat: "I helped Zhou Hongyi make at least several billion in false accounts, and I have the data. I will announce it to the entire network that all financial fraud in his games." Yuhong emphasized in the group that she had not been hacked.

This evening, 360 Group issued a statement:
1. After verification, Yuhong once served as the head of Gamewave game company, which was acquired by Qihoo360, the original 360 US stock listed entity, more than ten years ago. Yuhong joined a subsidiary of 360 Group in 2014 and resigned a year later in 2015 due to personal reasons. He has never held a core management position in 360 Group during his tenure.
2. Yuhong’s remarks such as “financial fraud” are completely contrary to the facts. 360 Group has always adhered to compliance operations, strictly abided by national laws and regulations and securities market rules, and was regularly audited by authoritative institutions. Its financial affairs are open, transparent, healthy and compliant.
3. In response to Yuhong’s malicious slander against 360 Group, founder Mr. Zhou Hongyi and related entrepreneurs, 360 Group will take legal measures to pursue its legal responsibilities in accordance with the law and resolutely safeguard the company’s reputation and legitimate rights and interests.
