Apple officially released the first public beta version of iOS 26.3 early this morning, and all users participating in the public beta program can receive the push. This update has three core functions: data transfer with Android, opening of third-party wearable devices, and weather wallpapers.

Among them, the function of transmitting data has attracted the most attention. This is the first time that Apple has provided system-level support for cross-platform replacement.
Supports core data such as photos, text messages, memos, contacts, application lists, account passwords, and eSIM numbers, covering users' daily high-frequency information.
Scan the QR code of the Android device, or manually enter the session ID and pairing code, and wireless transmission can be achieved through Wi-Fi + Bluetooth without downloading an additional APP.

Previously, Android manufacturers had to use their own tools to migrate, and there were often problems with text messages/notes being lost.
Health data, Bluetooth device pairing records, locked notes and other content with high privacy/security are not supported for transmission.
In addition, iOS 26.3 adds the ability to forward iPhone notifications to third-party smart watches. Notifications can only be forwarded to one device at a time. After this function is turned on, the Apple Watch will no longer receive notifications.

The steps to apply for public beta are as follows:
1. Open the Apple Beta Software Program page in Safari (click to enter), click Register, and log in to your Apple ID.
2. After logging in with your Apple ID, you will jump to the "Beta Software Guide" page, find "Register Your iOS Device" and click on it.
3. After clicking, it will jump to the "Register Your Device" page, and then click "Open Beta Update".

After following these three steps, your Apple ID will already be eligible for testing.
