Cainiao announced that they have just developed an express carton that is anti-fall and pressure-resistant.In the Rookie Green Packaging Laboratory,The carton containing red wine was thrown over 1 meter high and fell repeatedly, then was sent to a compression testing machine to withstand 300 kilograms of pressure, and then dived through an inclined impact table and hit an iron plate. However, the red wine in the box remained intact.
This new express carton, which combines pressure resistance and lightweight advantages, marks a new breakthrough for Cainiao in the field of green packaging research and development.
After the box is implanted with Cainiao's self-developed RFID chip, it turns into a trackable and inventory-ready "smart box", which not only enables full-link traceability to ensure product safety, but also improves store inventory efficiency and prevents cross-stocking.
In the design process, the AI box design assistant tailors the packaging plan based on big data. While ensuring reliability, it reduces the use of packaging materials by an average of 15% and reduces merchants' consumable costs.
