Xin Technology, the largest memory factory in my country, announced that it is going to IPO and plans to issue no more than 10.622259999 billion shares with a financing amount of 29.5 billion yuan. According to the official IPO tender document, Changxin Technology claims to be my country’s “largest, most technologically advanced, and most comprehensive” DRAM R&D, design and manufacturing integrated enterprise.
At present, the company has completed mass production from the first-generation process technology platform to the fourth-generation process technology platform, as well as product coverage and iterative upgrades from DDR4, LPDDR4X to DDR5, LPDDR5/5X. At present, the company's core products and process technology have reached the "international advanced level."
According to Omdia data, the company has become China's No. 1 DRAM manufacturer and the world's No. 4 DRAM manufacturer in terms of shipments.
In fact, this is indeed the case. At the 22nd China International Semiconductor Expo (IC China), Changxin fully demonstrated the latest results of its two major memory product series, DDR5 and LPDDR5X, for the first time.
Changxin DDR5 memory has achieved a maximum speed of 8000Mbps (or 8000MHz, 8000MT/s) and a maximum single memory capacity of 24Gb (3GB), completely catching up with the world's first-class level.
