Damai stated that in order to protect the fair ticket purchase rights of all audiences, the platform will handle all tickets sold in advance as refunds, and the ticket money will be refunded within 7 working days. Users who grabbed tickets after 20:56 will not be affected by this refund. All subsequent refunds will be re-sold, and relevant compensation, follow-up arrangements, and possible changes to queuing rules caused by this error will be notified through official channels as soon as possible after confirmation.
