Robin Li also said,Baidu is also a big company."I say internally every day that we must get rid of muscle memory, we must change, and we must embrace the new era. I force all businesses to be restructured and redone. No matter how we did it in the past, we must throw it away and start over."
We can make strong demands internally, but we cannot do this externally. Therefore, when communicating with the outside world, I always feel that large companies are slow to respond.Some medium-sized companies have shown great maturity when embracing large models, which is very admirable.
