Recently, Intel officially released the Panther Lake Core Ultra 300 series processors. In the core and display part, everyone has paid the most attention to the top-spec Ruixuan B390. Now, the first PassMark running score of the B370 for the mainstream market has also been officially exposed. The results show that even the B370, which has a reduced core count, still suppresses AMD's Radeon 890M in performance.

In terms of hardware specifications, compared to the flagship model B390, which has 12 Xe3 cores, the Ruixuan B370 core display is equipped with 10 Xe3 cores, and the frequency is slightly lowered by 100MHz to 2.4GHz.

Although the specifications have been simplified, the actual test performance far exceeded expectations. In the PassMark benchmark test, Ruixuan B370 achieved a score of 8558 points, which is only about 10% performance gap with B390 and nearly 5% higher than AMD's fastest Strix Point core display Radeon 890M.

Although AMD has a more powerful Strix Halo series, it is not the first choice for mainstream thin and light notebooks due to its extremely high power consumption and is mainly targeted at the enthusiast market. In contrast, the Core Ultra 5 series processors equipped with B370 can perfectly adapt to thin and light models.

It is worth noting that benchmark tests often cannot fully reflect its strength. In actual game scenarios, the lead of the Xe3 architecture is often more obvious. It is expected that the B370 may lead the Radeon 890M by about 20%-30% in actual game tests.
