Honda Motor Company announced,The newly designed H logo will be adopted as the new logo representing Honda's automotive business.The H logo has been used on Honda products and commercial activities since it was first adopted as Honda's logo in 1963, although it has undergone several design changes over the years.

In order to cooperate with the research and development of new generation electric vehicles including Honda 0 series, Honda has redesigned the H logo.The Honda 0 series is developed based on the concept of "returning to Honda's original intention of car manufacturing and creating a new electric vehicle from 'scratch'".

The update of the H logo represents Honda's determination to transform and upgrade the company, as well as its corporate spirit of transcending Honda's origins, constantly challenging itself, and pursuing progress.

"The new design, like two outstretched hands, represents Honda's commitment to expanding travel possibilities and sincerely serving the needs of Honda's automotive business customers,"the company said in a press release.

Honda Logo Evolution

Honda said it will expand the use of the new H logo to represent its entire automotive business, including dealers and motorsport activities.

The new H logo is planned to apply to next-generation electric vehicles and next-generation hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) models, as well as all models launched in 2027 and beyond.
