Today, Beijing Traveler Manned Space Technology Co., Ltd. held a press conference, and the full-scale test module of China's first commercial manned spacecraft, Traveler 1 (CYZ1), was publicly displayed for the first time. According to the Traveler team, more than three ships have been booked so far.With a total of more than 20 space tourists, it is expected that the first manned flight will be achieved in 2028.
The first batch of space tourists were unveiled at this conference, including Li Lixiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Qiu Heng, CMO of Zhiyuan Robot, Wang Jing, founder of the Pathfinder brand, Fu Zhekuan, chairman of Qifu Capital, etc.
In addition, the first batch of space tourists also includes the Zhongqing robot PM01.
It is understood that on January 18,Traverser announced that the manned spacecraft test module has completed the comprehensive verification test of the landing buffer system. All indicators have reached the expected goals, and the key indicators have exceeded expectations.
This is my country's first commercial aerospace industry verification project for the key technology verification of the full-scale test cabin landing buffer of a manned spacecraft. This success marks that Traverser has become the third commercial aerospace company in the world to develop and verify the landing buffer technology of a manned spacecraft.
