According to Volkswagen Group (China) Chairman and CEO Bei Ruide, starting from 2026, the domestic Volkswagen brand's pure electric models will be equipped with the new CEA electronic and electrical architecture - China Electronic Architecture.

As a central control center that manages all important electronic functions, the CEA electronic and electrical architecture can reduce the number of control units in a bicycle by 30% and is scalable and updateable. In the future, complex functions such as advanced autonomous driving assistance can be quickly and easily integrated into the architecture.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with an EEK motor with a maximum power of 170 kilowatts. In terms of batteries, the new car will be equipped with Guoxuan Hi-Tech’s lithium iron phosphate battery.
