Due to an emergency request from a passenger on board, the aircraft turned back and returned to the parking bay according to established procedures.
Relevant staff stated that after the flight returned to the parking bay, Hong Kong Express arranged for all passengers to disembark in accordance with standard safety and security procedures and conducted required security checks.
