She claimed that Benz behaved degradingly and sexually assaulted her, suggesting that she might use inspiration from these experiences for video game creation. She also stated that Benz was aware of her situation and provided funds when she arrived in New York on September 1, 2006. At the same time, she named Sam Houser, saying that he had met her multiple times during her relationship with Benz, and suggested that Houser was aware of hidden activities within Rockstar North.
The statements appeared in a "witness list" that Ransom drew up to support her lawsuit against the FBI and the government.
