In recent years, China's PC game market has continued to grow and has become a hot topic in the global game market. However, in the past, the degree of localization affected the experience of many players, especially the network aspect, which often required complex operations and mounting accelerators. Now Microsoft and NetEase officials have joined forces to optimize the bottom layer.Recently, Xbox announced the integration of NetEase UU accelerator in the Xbox PC App, marking a further step in its localization strategy in the Chinese market.

When players use the Xbox PC App to download games, engage in multiplayer battles, or participate in online cooperation, they can automatically call the UU acceleration node without installing additional third-party tools, significantly reducing latency and packet loss, especially during high-concurrency periods such as the Spring Festival, and improving connection stability.
The industry generally believes that this move reflects Xbox’s in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the Chinese market.
On the one hand, Chinese players have higher requirements for online stability and latency performance; on the other hand, simplifying the use process and reducing additional configuration steps have also become the key to improving the stickiness of the platform.

In addition to accelerated services, Xbox has continued to increase its investment in the Chinese market in recent years, including expanding the game content scale of the Xbox PC App, strengthening Simplified Chinese localization support, and introducing more works from Chinese developers, such as "Eternal Calamity" and "Ming Dynasty: The Feather of Yuanxu".
In addition, in terms of content, the Xbox PC App covers a large number of global popular works. During the Spring Festival, players can experience works such as "The Outer Worlds 2", "The Outer Worlds 2", "Call of Duty: Black Ops 7", and participate in online entertainment activities with family and friends.
Xbox stated that in the future, it will continue to optimize the platform service experience based on the actual needs of Chinese players, and launch more localized features to provide better support for the Chinese PC gaming ecosystem.
