Huawei MateBook Pro has recently launched the HarmonyOS 6.0.0.130 SP13 version system update. The overall stability and performance have been improved, the use is smoother, and more games support keyboard and mouse control mode. But the most significant update is not in the function, but in a piece of information: the system interface finally displays the processor - HUAWEI Kirin X90.

Huawei MateBook Pro was released in May last year. This is the world’s first Hongmeng laptop. It has been more than 8 months since its release, and the true processor has finally been revealed.
It is understood that the Kirin X90 specifications are 4+4+2 (10 cores and 20 threads), supports hyper-threading technology, has a maximum main frequency of 4.2GHz, integrates a self-developed GPU, has dual DaVinci architecture NPUs, AI computing power of up to 40TOPS, and supports local deployment of large models such as DeepSeek.

In March last year, Kirin X90 received the security and reliability level II certification issued by the China Information Security Evaluation Center, which is the highest level of certification.
This means that Kirin X90 has passed strict review in terms of core technology autonomy, supply chain security, intellectual property compliance, etc., and complies with national information security standards.

In addition, in a report released in January this year, the HarmonyOS desktop system also received Level II certification.
Since then, Hongmeng systems and chips have passed safety and reliability evaluations. Hongmeng computers have achieved full ecological localization from hardware to operating systems, and have extremely high security.
