The fourth quarter of 2025 is definitely a highlight moment for AMD. The revenue and market share of its two major CPU product lines, EPYC and Ryzen, have reached record highs. According to a Mercury Research report, AMD's CPU market share has been growing steadily, reaching the peak of shipments and revenue at the end of 2025.

Fourth quarter of 2025,AMD's desktop CPU shipment share was 36.4%, and its revenue share was 42.6%, a year-on-year increase of 14.6 percentage points and a month-on-month increase of 1.6 percentage points, both of which are historically high levels.
Like the desktop, AMD's mobile CPU business also achieved a year-on-year growth of 3.3 percentage points, with a market share of 26.0% and a revenue share of 24.9%.
Currently, AMD mobile has a rich product line, covering entry-level, mainstream products and high-end Ryzen AI MAX series. As the latest Ryzen AI 400 and Ryzen AI MAX series continue to be launched, its market share is expected to continue to rise.
Finally, we take a look at AMD server market share. Its revenue share increased by 4.9 percentage points year-on-year and 1.8 percentage points quarter-on-quarter, with its market share reaching 41.3% this quarter.
The share of server shipments is currently 28.8% and is quickly approaching 30%. AMD's Genoa and Turin CPUs account for the vast majority, and the supply of older chips is still large. In addition, AMD's next-generation Venice CPU based on the Zen 6 architecture will be released later this year.

Customer revenue share increased 7.4 percentage points year-on-year and 3.0 percentage points quarter-on-quarter to 31.2%.
Desktop revenue share increased by 14.6 percentage points year-on-year and 1.6 percentage points quarter-on-quarter to 42.6%.
Laptop revenue share increased 3.3 percentage points year-on-year and 3.3 percentage points quarter-on-quarter to 24.9%.
The overall revenue share increased by 6.8% year-on-year and 2.9 percentage points month-on-month to 35.4%.
Overall, AMD client Ryzen CPU market share was 29.2% (shipments) and 31.2% (revenue), an increase of 3.0 percentage points and 7.4 percentage points respectively from the previous year.
