BAE Systems' sales will grow 10% in 2025, driven by large orders from European governments for Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets, frigates and combat vehicles. The London-listed aerospace and defense manufacturer said on Wednesday that sales hit a record 30.66 billion pounds ($41.60 billion) last year.

Underlying earnings before interest and tax, the group's preferred measure of profitability, rose 12% to £3.32 billion in 2025.
Net profit last year was 2.06 billion pounds, up from 1.96 billion pounds a year earlier and slightly below Visible Alpha's average estimate of 2.09 billion pounds.
BAE, which produces a range of war equipment and provides cybersecurity services, said its order backlog reached a record 83.6 billion pounds at the end of December. The company added that its new orders were worth 36.8 billion pounds.
For 2026, BAE Systems expects sales to grow 7% to 9%. The company said underlying earnings before interest and taxes and basic earnings per share are both expected to grow between 9% and 11%.
The group raised its dividend by 10% to 36.3p.
