FedEx filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Court of International Trade on Monday local time, asking the Trump administration to fully refund the emergency tariffs it imposed. Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the tariffs were illegal.

“Plaintiffs demand that Defendants provide a full refund of all IEEPA tariffs that Plaintiffs have paid to the United States,” FedEx said in the lawsuit, referring to tariffs imposed by Trump under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

Defendants named in the FedEx indictment include U.S. Customs and Border Protection, which collects tariffs, the agency’s director, Rodney Scott, and the U.S. government.

The 11-page complaint does not mention how much FedEx has actually paid under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act since Trump imposed tariffs on most U.S. trading partners last year.
