Anhui Provincial Quantum Computing Engineering Research Center announced,Sinan, my country's first independently developed quantum computer operating system, is officially available for online download.This is the world's first open downloadable quantum computer operating system, which will lower the development threshold and accelerate the construction of my country's independent quantum computing ecosystem.
It is understood that Benyuan Sinan will be released in August 2021.It is an "operation and scheduling center" for quantum computers. It is connected to multi-system quantum hardware downwards, carries cloud platforms/application services upwards, and can be coordinated with supercomputing/intelligent computing/general computing resources to support the stable delivery and large-scale services of quantum computing power.
Public information shows that Origin Quantum was founded in September 2017, led by Guo Guangcan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a leader in China’s quantum computing industry, and Guo Guoping, a professor of the University of Science and Technology of China.
The team’s technology originated from the Key Laboratory of Quantum Information of the University of Science and Technology of China and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the first provincial and ministerial key laboratory in the field of quantum information in China.
In September 2020, Origin Quantum officially launched OriginQ Y, a domestically engineered superconducting quantum computer.
