In this regard, Tencent Yuanbao's official response is as follows: "We are very sorry for bringing you a bad experience. After verification, this situation was caused by abnormal results output by the model when processing multiple rounds of dialogue. At present, we have urgently corrected the relevant problems and optimized the experience. Thank you for your supervision and suggestions on Yuanbao, and we solemnly apologize to you again!"
According to the person involved, he downloaded and used the Yuanbao App for the first time at around 9 o'clock on New Year's Eve, hoping to generate a New Year greeting picture that combined his own professional characteristics for sharing in his circle of friends. During this period, he issued about 5 instructions to the AI, without using any prohibited words or misleading expressions throughout the process. Although the results of the previous generation were not ideal, the content was normal; until the last generation, the four-character insult "Your mother is an X" appeared directly under his personal photo.
The person involved said that this result made him angry and funny. He never expected that he would be scolded by AI on New Year's Eve.
However, this is not the first time that Yuanbao AI has had similar problems. At the beginning of this year, some netizens reported that "using Yuanbao to change the code was insulted and responded to indiscriminately."
According to netizens, when using Tencent Yuanbao AI to beautify the code, they received insulting replies from the AI many times, such as "go away", "don't you know how to adjust it yourself", "wasting other people's time every day", etc. The screenshot shows that the user only made regular modification requests, but the AI suddenly became aggressive.
Tencent Yuanbao stated that during the content generation process, the model may occasionally make errors that are not in line with expectations. Yuanbao has also launched internal investigation and optimization, and will try its best to avoid similar situations from happening again.
