American accessories manufacturer SANDMARC officially released the Tetraprism 72mm lens for iPhone. This is a telephoto teleconverter specially built for iPhone models, which can increase the zoom capability by 3 times. The lens has a focal length of 72mm, a weight of 180g, a height of 70mm, a diameter of 40.5mm, and a built-in 17mm threaded interface.

According to reports, this lens is specially designed for the iPhone’s four-prism telephoto system. Through optical magnification technology, it can expand the zoom capability of the iPhone 17 Pro series to 24 times.
In addition, it is also compatible with older iPhones, allowing the iPhone 16 Pro series and iPhone 15 Pro Max to achieve 15x hybrid zoom.

Its core advantage is to maintain image quality when shooting at long distances. It uses multi-element multi-layer coated glass material to reduce glare and ensure color accuracy. It also achieves optical compression effects, optimizes subject separation and picture layering, and solves the problem of detail loss in digital zoom at high magnifications.
The product adopts a modular design and can be directly mounted on the iPhone's special lens protective case. It is compatible with SANDMARC's filters and related photography accessories, and is suitable for wildlife photography, event recording, distant scenery and other scenes.
