——Nvidia said that in February 2026, the U.S. government granted Nvidia a license that allows the company to ship H200 products in small quantities to specific customers in China. To date, Nvidia has not generated any revenue from the H200 licensing program, and it is unclear whether it will be allowed to import any products into China in the future.

——Nvidia sold approximately US$60 million of H20 chips in China.

——Nvidia is finalizing an investment and cooperation agreement with OpenAI, but there is no guarantee that the company will sign an investment and cooperation agreement with OpenAI, or that the transaction will eventually be completed.

——Cross said that there is no bubble in the AI ​​market, and customers’ investments are getting returns, and they are huge returns, and they will increase their investment.

——Cross said that Nvidia's competitors in China are "making progress" and mentioned those companies that have strengthened due to recent IPOs.
