For example, products, entrepreneurs and enterprises are "characterized" based on personal judgment without judicial and regulatory approval.
Especially in the absence of factual basis, they slander the company, saying that there are "terrible foreign forces", "corruption in the procurement and sales team", "** (enterprise) is a profiteer", "(** is) a monster" and so on.
In response to the "evaluation" and "promotion" content of their accounts, many merchants provided quality inspection reports or issued statements, saying that their relevant remarks were "all false information and seriously inconsistent with the facts." They also questioned that the content published by the accounts ignored objective facts and "arbitrarily claimed" that there were problems with product quality.
The merchant removed multiple suspected infringing videos from its account and stated that it would pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
According to the "New Regulations", the platform has closed the content heating and commercial monetization functions of the above-mentioned accounts, including but not limited to content promotion, e-commerce delivery, star map business orders, advertising cooperation and other functions.
