Recently, anti-fraud Lao Chen, a well-known blogger with 1.6 million fans, once again appeared on the hot search list. The news that his Douyin account was suddenly banned has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. According to the content of Douyin's official blackboard report, some accounts such as "Anti-Fraud*Chen", in the name of so-called "anti-counterfeiting" and "anti-fraud", without scientific analysis, careful research and judgment, or even factual basis, repeatedly publish malicious attacks, unwarranted questions and even information that insults the personality of others or the reputation of the company in the form of "speeches". They attempt to use labeling attacks to deliberately incite the emotions of netizens, create opposition, and use this to attract the attention of all parties, harvest controversial traffic, disrupt business order, and undermine fair competition.

In response to this account ban punishment, Anti-Fraud Lao Chen released a video to publicly respond. He said that he was actually mentally prepared for the ban, but he found it unacceptable for a series of qualitative accusations given by the platform in the announcement.

In response to this punishment, Anti-Fraud Lao Chen released a video saying: "I have been mentally prepared for the ban, but I don't accept the big label they slapped on me. The Douyin platform is not a law enforcement agency, and the platform's statement itself violated my right to reputation. I will sue Douyin to restore my innocence."

Now, the founder of Chidu Media @Sun Haoyu_ posted a video in response to the anti-fraud Lao Chen’s violation of platform regulations and ban. In the video, Sun Haoyu stated that the MCN organization Chidu Media and Anti-Fraud Lao Chen would immediately terminate all contracts and the cooperation between the two parties would be terminated immediately. He also reiterated that anti-fraud Lao Chen had briefly cooperated with Chidu Media. When the two parties cooperated to shoot the account and reached 6 million followers, Lao Chen decided to leave without the permission of the company due to personal reasons. The two parties had different ideas, and the company's cooperation with Lao Chen entered a cooling-off period. After Lao Chen personally announced his resignation, Chidu Media did not participate in any operations of the account.

Sun Haoyu also said that after a series of subsequent incidents, the MCN account was cleared by Chidu Media, and the account was forcibly recovered and handed over to the Haigang Branch. So far, the two parties have no contact. All subsequent actions of Lao Chen’s personal account were completely out of touch with the company. The company paid no attention to any of his actions and had no knowledge of them.
