According to news on December 20, in response to the news of being sued by Thailand’s Luckin, Luckin’s official Weibo responded: “About the claim of 10 billion baht by Thailand’s fake Luckin. Problem, the situation has yet to be verified." And attached a Thai sentence: ฉันอ่านไม่ออกแต่ฉันตกใจมาก! (I couldn’t understand it, but I was shocked!)

According to China Overseas Chinese Network, citing Thai headline news, multiple Thai media reported that on the morning of the 19th, the Royal Thai 50R Group (50Rgroup) formally submitted a lawsuit to the court, requesting the court to rule that China Luckin Coffee should compensate for economic losses of 10 billion baht (approximately 2 billion yuan). The court has accepted the case. The lawsuit was mainly caused by the dispute between the two parties over the ownership of Ruixing’s trademark.
