Today, Allanexperia China issued an announcement letter to customers stating:Starting from 19:02 on March 3, 2026, Nexperia B.V. (Nexperia) has batch disabled the office accounts of all employees in China. As a result, key office environments such as Office 365 and SAP systems cannot be accessed normally, which has a great impact on the operations of Nexperia China.
Affected by this, some production processes, such as the "SAP order transfer to production after customer-supplied wafers arrive at the factory," are interrupted. Orders that have been placed in SAP and entered the production process are not affected.
At present, China's IT and business departments have jointly launched emergency plans, giving priority to restoring key systems and production scheduling.
Currently, most businesses have resumed operation and basic production operations can be guaranteed. The company is making every effort to reduce the potential impact on subsequent production and delivery.

It is understood that Nexperia Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. (China Nexperia) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexperia B.V. (Netherlands), with a registered capital of US$174 million.
Wingtech Technology indirectly holds a 98.23% equity ratio in Nexperia Holding B.V, and the remaining 1.77% equity is indirectly held by Hefei Guangkun Semiconductor Industry Investment Center (Limited Partnership).
In September 2025, the Dutch government and courts passed administrative orders and judicial rulings, freezing Wingtech Technology's operating control and voting rights over Anshi, and placing them under the care of an independent custodian. Wingtech only retains equity income rights.
In response to the latest developments in this case, at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting at the end of February 2026, Wingtech Chairman Yang Mu said that relevant work is currently being actively handled.
