The last breakthrough was at the end of last year. On December 23, Vice Minister of Transport Li Yang publicly stated that the C919 has safely carried more than 3 million passengers.

The C919 large passenger aircraft is my country's first mainline jet aircraft independently developed in accordance with internationally accepted airworthiness standards and with independent intellectual property rights. Seat class is 158-192, and the range is 4075-5555 kilometers.

The final assembly was completed on November 2, 2015, and the first flight was successfully carried out on May 5, 2017. It obtained the type certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China on September 29, 2022, the world's first aircraft was delivered on December 9, 2022, and the first commercial flight was successfully completed on May 28, 2023.

C919 has been delivered to many domestic airlines.China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, and Air China have already been put into operation, and COMAC has delivered more than 30 aircraft in total.

In addition, there have been previous reports that the production capacity of C919 will be increased this year, and the annual output may exceed 28 aircraft.

In the future, there will be a large intercontinental aircraft C929 in China, with a range of about 12,000 kilometers and a basic seating capacity of 280. The development work is progressing steadily.
