Recently, a user shared his shopping experience on social platforms. He placed an order for a Logitech professional gaming mouse on the "Cool Peng" website in Taiwan, China. After receiving the goods, I found that the box was empty, replaced by a pack of white powder of unknown origin. Fortunately, I recorded an unboxing video and was able to successfully defend my rights.

According to pepperpapa, he placed an order for a mouse at Coolpeng on March 8 and went to a convenience store to pick it up the next day. After unpacking it, he was surprised to see that the cardboard where the mouse was originally placed had been replaced by a bag of white powder, and the wireless receiver was also missing.

Faced with this packet of powder of unknown origin, the user said that he thought it was salt at first, and even touched it with his hands out of curiosity. Then he realized that if the powder was involved in illegal contraband, the consequences would be disastrous.

Fortunately, the user recorded the entire unpacking process with his mobile phone. He quickly received a full refund after reporting it to the platform’s customer service. The platform also expressed its deep regret for this and promised to launch an investigation immediately.

This incident has once again sounded the alarm for consumers. It is recommended that regardless of the size of the order, be sure to video and take photos of the entire process when receiving the goods. Once you encounter a similar situation, you can effectively prove your innocence and force the platform to fulfill its liability for compensation.
