Seagate launches FireCuda X1070 SSD. The new product supports PCIe 4.0 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 protocol, and is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 x4 interface.It is specifically optimized for gaming PCs and handheld consoles, and has obtained ROG X series certification, indicating that it has achieved a good balance in performance and heat dissipation design to ensure a smooth gaming experience for long periods of time.

FireCuda X1070 SSD adopts M.2 2280 specifications and adopts a DRAM-free low-power storage design. It is equipped with Tena Feixi TC2201 main control chip and Micron N58R particles. It is a 232-layer 3D QLC NAND flash memory and provides three capacity options of 1TB, 2TB and 4TB, which can achieve seamless startup, loading and multi-tasking.
In terms of performance,The maximum sequential read speed for all three capacities is 7200MB/s; the maximum sequential write speed for 4TB and 2TB is 6500MB/s, and 1TB is 6000MB/s.
For 4K random reading, 4TB and 2TB are both 900K IOPS, and 1TB is 850K IOPS; for 4K random writing, 4TB and 1TB are 900K IOPS, and 2TB reaches 1000K IOPS.

In terms of durability, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB correspond to 600TBW, 1200TBW and 2400TBW respectively, with a mean time between failures of 1.8 million hours and support Windows 11 and Linux operating systems.
The new products are currently available overseas, priced at US$239.99 (approximately RMB 1,654.32), US$459.99 (approximately RMB 3,170.85) and US$829.99 (approximately RMB 5,721.37) for 1TB, 2TB and 4TB respectively. Seagate will provide a five-year limited warranty and come with three-year Rescue data recovery service.
