Yesterday, April 9, the workplace community platform Maimai released a list of 80 "invisible manufacturers", covering Zhipu, SHEIN, Horizon, Momenta, Dark Side of the Moon, Moore Thread, UBTECH, Yushu Technology and other companies, involving AI large models, intelligent driving, robots, chips, cross-border e-commerce and other tracks. In addition, Maimai further selected 20 fast-growing companies from 80 companies to form the "Top 20 Hidden Companies".

From the perspective of salary levels, the "invisible manufacturers" have shown that they are not inferior to traditional manufacturers in terms of competitiveness. Maimai platform data shows that in 2025, the average monthly salary of Momenta’s new positions will reach 69,815 yuan. A robotics company posted a job information on Maimai, recruiting an "embodied intelligence chief scientist" with an annual salary of 100 million yuan. In addition, non-technical positions are also competitive: Zhipu's "large model sales manager" has a maximum monthly salary of 50,000 yuan, and Pony.ai's "growth and user operation product manager" has a maximum monthly salary of 35,000 yuan.
From the perspective of city distribution, Beijing focuses on AI, intelligent driving, and chips (Zhipu, Dark Side of the Moon, Momenta, Moore Thread); Shanghai focuses on chip manufacturing and games (Muxi, Suiyuan Technology, Paper Folding Game); Shenzhen features robots, cross-border e-commerce, and intelligent hardware (Ubiselect, SHEIN, Tuozhu Technology); and Hangzhou stands out in the direction of robots and brain-computer interfaces (Yushu Technology, Qiannao Technology).
