On April 10, Yikatong Technology announced that the company has officially started to undertake all the core assets and business of Flyme OS, a subsidiary of Xingji Meizu Group. According to the integration arrangement, all intellectual property rights covered by the Flyme OS brand, as well as all Flyme Auto's operating business, customer contracts and R&D teams, will be integrated into Yikatong Technology and will be operated and managed uniformly by the company.


According to reports, in January 2026, Geely Holding further released the "One Geely, Comprehensive Leadership" 2030 strategic goal, and by strengthening top-level coordination and global collaboration, it will promote key indicators to reach the leading level of global car companies. The integration of Flyme OS assets from Xingji Meizu to Yikatong Technology is a specific implementation measure under this strategic framework.

It is understood that Flyme Auto is a smart cockpit system developed by Meizu based on deep customization of Android. The number of vehicles sold has exceeded 2.26 million units in 2025. The cooperation with Geely Group has a target of 3 million units sold in 2026. At the same time, cooperation with a number of internationally renowned automobile groups is also progressing.

Yikatong Technology was founded in 2017 and listed on Nasdaq in 2022. It currently has 13 global operation centers in China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden and Germany, and its technology products have been installed on approximately 11 million vehicles around the world.
