Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick recently confirmed in an interview with foreign media The Game Business that the highly anticipated standard version of "GTA6" will be priced between $70 and $80, and the game will not include built-in advertising.

T2 CEO confirms that

Zelnick said that "GTA6" will be released at a "standard" price. Although this price range is still at a relatively high level, compared with the previous speculation by some players that "the standard version may be as high as $100", it is more in line with the current pricing trend of 3A masterpieces. In recent years, the standard version pricing in the game industry has gradually increased from US$60 to US$70. Take-Two was one of the first publishers to implement US$70 pricing.

Zelnick explicitly ruled out the possibility of adding built-in advertising to GTA 6. He said that Rockstar has always attached great importance to player experience and will not affect game immersion through disruptive advertisements.

Regarding the application of AI in game development, Zelnick said that AI does help improve development efficiency, but human creativity is still the core of game development, and AI alone cannot create a work on the scale of "GTA6".

T2 CEO confirms that

It is foreseeable that "GTA6" will also launch a deluxe or premium version, and the price will be higher than the standard version. As of now, Rockstar has not announced the specific price and release date of "GTA6". The console version is expected to be released in 2026, and the PC version is rumored to be targeting February 2027.
