Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Supervision Bureau exposed a number of parking fee chaos. Among them, an underground parking lot forced car owners to click consent six times before they could pay. The company involved has been fined 10,000 yuan. It is reported that,This parking lot does not have a manual toll channel. All payment operations must be completed online. Car owners must agree to privacy authorization, location information collection and other terms one by one. They must click 6 times to agree during the entire process, otherwise the payment cannot be completed.

For this reason, some citizens said that the originally simple parking fee has become cumbersome and complicated, and the experience is not good. They complained that "paying a parking fee is like signing a contract."
It is understood that the parking lot operator violated the provisions of Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item (2) of the "Guangdong Provincial Measures for the Implementation of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" by forcibly bundling privacy authorization and setting unreasonable payment thresholds.
According to Article 33 of the Measures,The market supervision department issued a warning to the parties in accordance with the law and imposed a fine of 10,000 yuan.
The market supervision department has made it clear that the absence of manual channels and compulsory registration in parking lots are violations, and they will continue to increase investigation and rectification efforts.
