Recently, when some users ordered train tickets on the business travel platform, prompts such as "12306 request exception", "seat occupation failed" or "ticket issuance failed" appeared. In response, customer service representatives from Tongcheng Business Travel, Ctrip Business Travel, Didi Enterprise Edition and other platforms all responded that due to the superimposed impact of the 12306 risk control strategy upgrade and the May Day holiday booking peak period, the train ticket issuance system experienced abnormal fluctuations or delays, and is currently being repaired.
An account manager of Ctrip Business Travel sent the "Notice of Adjustment of Ctrip Business Travel Train Ticket Service". The notice shows: “Affected by the comprehensive upgrade of relevant system risk control, starting from April 16, 2026 (the first day of May Day holiday ticket sales),The online train ticket issuance service of the third-party platform is interrupted, and the synchronization of the online automatic ticket issuance function of our platform is affected, making it temporarily unable to provide stable services. Starting from 12:00 on April 17, 2026, the Ctrip Business Travel APP will gradually close the train ticket booking portal."
Tongcheng's passenger service stated that due to the impact of 12306 risk control and the May Day peak period, the system fluctuated, and some users' ticket bookings were affected and ticket issuance was delayed. However, many users were able to successfully book, and the technical department was working on it.
Didi Enterprise customer service responded that due to 12306's revised ticket purchase risk control rules, its train ticket issuance system has experienced abnormalities. Some users may encounter problems such as being unable to submit standby tickets, ticket issuance delays, and being unable to cancel orders. However, relevant functions have been gradually restored since April 18.
In addition, the China State Railway Administration recently jointly held interviews with seven third-party Internet platforms involved in train ticket sales, including Ctrip, Tongcheng, Qunar, Fliggy, Meituan, Zhixing Train Ticket, and High-speed Railway Guanjia.
The interview requires that relevant platforms should strictly implement laws and regulations related to network security,Automated procedures are not allowed to be used to carry out large-scale and high-frequency ticket grabbing operations, nor are they allowed to interfere with the safety verification measures of the railway 12306 platform, nor are they allowed to endanger its safe and stable operation.
The interview information also pointed out that "relevant departments will strengthen technical monitoring in the follow-up." If any behavior that uses technical means to interfere with or endanger the safety of the railway 12306 platform is discovered, it will be seriously investigated and dealt with in accordance with the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China", "Critical Information Infrastructure Security Protection Regulations" and other laws and regulations.
